  • Appointment & Billing: appointment data, payment method (masked), invoices, insurance details (if applicable), UPI/transaction references.
  • Technical: IP address, device/browser info, log data, approximate location, cookies and similar technologies.
  • Telemedicine: audio/video session metadata; recordings only if we obtain explicit consent.
  • User Content: forms, messages, feedback, reviews, and queries.

We may collect information directly from you, from your caregivers with proper authority, from referring clinicians, diagnostic partners, insurance partners, and from publicly available sources where lawful.
