Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services offered by Epione Pain Management (“Epione”, “we”, “our”, “us”) including our websites, portals, telemedicine, and in-clinic services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1) Eligibility & Account

  • You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law. For minors, a parent/legal guardian must consent and accompany as required.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of registration details and for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

2) Medical Disclaimer

Information on our website/app is for general education and does not replace individualized clinical advice. Diagnosis and treatment decisions are made by qualified healthcare professionals based on your specific case history, examination, and investigations.

3) Appointments, Telemedicine & Consent

  • By booking an appointment (in-clinic or telemedicine), you consent to the relevant consultation and to our processing of your data per our Privacy Policy.
  • Telemedicine may be subject to connectivity, device, and platform constraints. You are responsible for a suitable environment and internet connection.
  • We may reschedule or reassign clinicians due to emergencies or operational needs. We will attempt to notify you promptly.

4) Payments, Pricing & Refunds

  • Fees for consultations, procedures, or packages are displayed during booking or communicated by our staff and may vary by location and clinician.
  • Payments may be processed via UPI/cards/NetBanking through authorized gateways. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • Refund eligibility (e.g., cancellations or duplicate payments) will follow our clinic policy summarized below:

Patient-initiated cancellation ≥24h before appointment Full refund or free reschedule.
Cancellation <24h or no-show Consultation fee may be forfeited; reschedule at clinic discretion.
Clinic-initiated cancellation Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
Procedure package refunds Pro-rata refunds if medically indicated/not feasible, otherwise as per package T&Cs.

5) Prescriptions, Investigations & Pharmacy

  • Prescriptions are issued at clinician discretion in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • You must disclose allergies, current medications, and pertinent medical history.
  • Any third-party pharmacy or diagnostic services are subject to their own terms.

6) User Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete information and inform us of changes.
  • Use services for lawful purposes only; do not misuse portals, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt systems.
  • Respect clinic premises, staff, and other patients; abusive behavior may result in denial of service and legal action.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, clinical protocols, and software on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Epione. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

8) Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

9) Third-Party Links & Services

Our platforms may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or policies. Use them at your own discretion.

10) Warranties & Liability

  • Services are provided using reasonable skill and care. However, no website or telemedicine platform can guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epione will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epione, its directors, clinicians, and staff from claims or demands arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the services.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our platforms or services if you breach these Terms or engage in unlawful or abusive activity. You may discontinue use at any time; obligations accrued prior to termination survive.

13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer laws, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad. We may first attempt amicable resolution; if unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in Hyderabad before a sole arbitrator appointed mutually, conducted in English, per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will carry the updated effective date.
